Stage Setups can be as grand or as elegant as you would like. At VIP we thrive on our brides & grooms bringing their own ideas, where we can then assist by placing the right props to give you a magical result. 2012 & 2013 has seen many new stage setups emerge through VIP concepts. Lighting also plays a key role and we can assist you with this as well.
Most of our Mandaps also have matching gate pieces. A gate piece consists of 2 pillars and top arc that resembles a square arch way. This can be placed at the front door to the venue or at the beginning of an aisle setup.
Aisle setups can range from a simple red carpet to matching accessories to the Mandap.
Most of VIP Mandaps have matching pedestals and to compliment you can either choose a statue of dancing ladies, selection of ganesh or radha krishna statues, musical instruments, a vase with fresh flowers or many other VIP options.
The entrance to each venue differs and therefore some may not require a lot of decorating.
You may choose a religious relic or go for a modern twist and add a gate piece and more bling.

VIP's first mandap was designed and constructed in Sydney. This beautiful silken draped mandap adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to any event. This mandap is ideal for Nikaah Ceremonies, Sikh Weddings and Western Weddings.

A very traditional mandap with a cream and golden pattern found on Sankheda furniture found typically in Gujarat. This mandap is great for outdoor weddings and can have drapes or flower garlands to give it a richer look.

Our Roman inspired pillars are great for outdoor options where these pillars can be placed in a garden to create a more European flavour. These pillars can be used where you have 2 cultures fusing together. There are many options in setting up these pillars and looks beautiful with fresh ivy added to the columns.
This mandap is intricately carved out of Indian Teak and features Radha and her Krishna on all four panels of its pillars. It is White in colour and each pillar is adorned with downlights to highlight golden Radha Krishna statues that are placed inside. The pillars can also be draped with crystals which makes it look like the sun shining down on a diamond.

This is usually a 2 Pillar structure which by popular trends has emerged into a 4 Pillar concept in some countries. Brides are now opting for grander & bigger poruwa’s. Traditionally used in Sinhalese culture or the Buddhist religion, this is also a design that VIP houses.

Initially inspired by the Moghul Empire, this Mandap has taken a twist for the younger royal generation who like their bling. Each Pillar comes adorned with a crystal spiral effect. Although the pillars are made from fibreglass, the elegant floral pattern has been intricately cut out by Indian craftsmen.

Our Manavarai or South Indian Mandapam is traditionally used for weddings where the bride and groom sit just below the main 2 pillars. It is a white and gold structure which looks very grand and does not require a lot of space. Keep in mind that the bride and groom in this instance will be required to walk around this mandapam structure so allow space for that. It also comes with two beautiful peacocks that sit on the sides of the 2 pillars.
